I received this by Private Message from Jim Turner, the creator of NSN, and he has asked me to post it so others can read it.
I guess here is the best place.

From Jim Turner - Night Skies Network
All
After starting and running Night Skies Network the past 5 years I have decided to hand it over to a new owner . For personal family reason I can no longer continue to run it. My free time has gone beyond limited to almost none at all
Night Skies Network has been my pleasure, and it has been a huge fun learning curve for me. Dealing with all the different people out there has to be one of the biggest lessons I will take away from this adventure.
It has been an honor to watch so many wonderful people / broadcasters share their clear skies with us. To watch you teach each other how to broadcast and how to improve your views and work the many different set ups each of you has. Well it is amazing what you all have done for each other on Night Skies Network.
You have made Night Skies Network what it is today and I'm so very proud to say I was part of it. Every night or day someone new comes on line to watch on Night Skies Network. Today it may only be 4 or 5 new viewers. Tomorrow it could be 10 or 20. You just never know. What I do know is because of you the broadcasters, Night Skies Network has never stopped growing nor has it ever slowed down. While many only come to watch once or twice there are some who continue to come back and watch. On rare occasion a few of those people have become broadcasters themselves. Find me an astronomy club anywhere in this world that can claim that. You are with out doubt, the worlds first WORLD WIDE ASTRONOMY CLUB. You are also the best group of astronomers and I
will always think of you all, as my friend.
I'm sure the new owner ( who has asked to remain anonymous for now) will take good care of Night Skies Network and see it in to the future . He already has the best start anyone could ask for. He has all of you and I'm sure you will continue to make Night Skies Network a fun and great place to be and learn from.
It is with a true sadness that I now say good bye to all of you and hand Night Skies Network over to its new owner. Again. It has been my pleasure and honor to watch the best of the best astronomers on Night Skies Network make the magic that is so special to the site.
Take care of yourselves and I will see you on line when my time permits.
Thank you all for the wonderful adventure that is Night Skies Network. I will so dearly miss it.
