Hi, Just that bit too far south, however, close, but no occultation of Saturn from Tasmania. After a cloudy day, the clouds cleared, the wind dropped and at least I managed some shots of this close encounter. Lots of shots to work through but here are a couple. The guys on the mainland should have some brilliant images with their clear skies & higher latitude.Took video and stills using a Nikon d5100, also an ASI 120MM, video & stills. Meade SN-10. The haze which was not visible naked eye in a longer (burnt out exposure) Poor seeing.A search through the dozens of images and here is one with better lunar details. Still frame from a Nikon D5100 video.1080x1920 The old standby, my EQ6 with its SN-10, bought when they first came out in 2002?
Here is a single frame from one of many taken with a ZWO ASI 120MM Clear skies... Shevill

Excellent captures Shevill!
My son and I watched it but same as you, the Moon didn't occult Saturn from my vantage point.
I like how you managed to not blow out the Moon yet still captured Saturn. Well done.
