WOW!
That is a fantastic result Dwight! Nice work. A lot of the faint arms are showing nicely.

Very Nice Dwight. This is one of my favourite dso's. You've got good detail in the arms, even showing the dark lane between the two parts, and nice colour. Its a keeper.

Thanks Ken and Allan. I prefer the view a CRT monitor provides. On the TV "live" red H2 regions dotted the arms and the "loops" were more prominent. We watched on a 32" and live it was jaw-dropping. .....Dwight

Yeah Dwight, it would look stunning on a 32".
I notice in your image that I can see lots of the blue 'Stellar Nursery' areas too. They show up well!

WOW nice image from the Mallincam Micro-EX! Now there's an interesting point! Dwight just says a Mallincam EX. Even in his Signature. Was this Screen grab from a Mallincam Ex-View, a Mallincam Extreme, or a Mallincam Micro Ex? I guessed an Extreme, but I didn't think about whether it could be another Mallincam Ex Camera. Hmmmmmm . . .

It was a Mallincam Extreme. If I got that with a Mallincam Micro Rock would sell a million. Sorry 'bout the confusion....Dwight

Sorry 'bout the confusion....Dwight I think the confusion was there is no such thing as an Extreme its Xtreme (Just giving you a hard time). That's why I was like "WOW" LOL. Anyway very nice M51, even with the Xtreme. Hemmi

Well spotted, even if it was a bit pikky I actually never noticed that it was spelt Xtreme either, but I did know it wasn't a micro. The micro is a capable camera, but just not that capable.
