Hi Group I used my VRC10" @ F3.2 & MCX2 Mono CCD video camera last night on NSN to capture 40 second sub-images and average stacked 4 using on the fly Miloslick. I had my Lumicon Deep Sky LP filter on and was using CCD mode (AGC 0). ** I was very stunned to see NGC 6503 in the FOV during my 2.1 second centering of the object**. This super sensitive camera makes centering objects in the FOV very easy when goto's are not dead on. Conditions last night were poor with humidity at 93% (running the dew heater on my secondary mirror), average to below average transparency , 59F temperature with 6 mph winds and a reading of my SQM at 17.18 or mag 3.25. Yes Chris loves his Mono cam. Its a good image Chris, with nice tight star, and the detail is coming through. I managed to catch about 2 mins of your broadcast this morning as I sat down with a cuppa before heading off to work, but you wrapped up before I could login. Being able to see your target in such a short time certainly is useful. I'd hate to wait for 60 secs just to find it wasn't even in the frame.
