clear and sub zero I thought I would try shooting some video from indoors. Late afternoon I set up the 150p and power leads and fitted a 5 meter extension to the hand controller. The plan was to operate from the Kitchen and heat With the power supply outside the only leads coming in the window were mains power, camera and scope hand controller (W5 controller inside working via camera lead). It was'nt going to be a DSO night as the moon was going to make an appearance. I managed a lot of targets, M33 M37, IC348, M1, Jupiter, moon and some others. M33 was first time through the scope and boy is it dim. I didnt record Jupiter as my scope is not the best at planets due to focal length so Jupiter appeared small and to get more I would have had to add a barlow and refocus etc. Jupiter through the Sammy was very good and showed its bands easily. I had a go at the moon and it was outstanding. I also got a sneek preview from my position of M42 and you are in for a treat! I caught it between trees (not recorded AGC didnt like the trees) even at X64 it easily appears! All in all a good night. These are live shots will have a play later. Also I could not use my Skyglow filter as it fogged almost immediatley which is'nt good. I played with the white balance to get rid of LP with the Cigar galaxy. Gear used was the Skywatcher 150p on Eq3/2 pro mount and the Samsung 2000p. No filters.

Very good results Carl. you must be stoked mate Just a minor tip though if I may: in your post you don't say what camera or scope you are using. Future readers may want to know. You show how good it works but don't say what it is
