Opticstar PX-75 Colour. Modification ::: Counter-weighted centre of tripod for more stability, also drilled 3 holes into patio slabs which the tripod feet fit neatly into. Cheers Pete

Hi All, Already thinking of making a few changes. With my desktop I run two monitors. (ATI Graphic Card). I've just bought some longer cable so I can take both outside, one can run Stellarium and the other my camera software + Celestron Nexremote if I feel like a change. I also have a programmable mouse, and a 10 metre USB cable (With built-in booster/amplifier), so with that I can program in some common keystrokes save taking the keyboard outside. Also my desktop is a lot more powerful than my Laptop (Not mine, its my wifes Laptop, and she tends to complain when I fill her hard drive with videos). Just waiting for another 10 metre USB cable to run my Camera, and its ready to go. Oh !!! Also waiting for some clear skies, wonder what will arrive first LOL. Cheers All Pete.
