WOW!!! A fantastic clear sky tonight!! Never believe the weather forecast. Tonight was supposed to be 'Mostly Cloudy'. But it's one of the best nights I have seen in a long time. New club member Stephen was here testing his new scope and while he was setting up I snapped off a shot of the Comet, and I think it's the best one I've got so far. I framed it to the side of the frame, showing how it was passing Open Cluster NGC 1647. Here's tonight's effort. It's a HUGE image (11.9MB) so make sure to open it up to full size
