Hey everyone, I'm back - and yes, headed to the UK this summer (Bristol for a bit, then Glasgow for a bit, then stints in Inverness and Edinburgh).
I've got a lot to catch up on here and I'm excited to hear about the new NSN. I'm looking forward to reading about everyone's latest kit updates, as well as sharing info on my latest kit, with more new kit planned for later this year. Thanks to the pandemic, I've gotten some experience in new potential broadcasting and outreach platforms and technology that I can share, too.
I'm happy to be getting back into the hobby (especially broadcasting) after a bit of a hiatus due to burn-out from running the local club for a few years.

hey hey!!! Rick!! So good to hear from you mate. You have been missed. All of a sudden your excellent input disappeared, but totally understandable if you had burn-out. The new version of Night Skies Network is fantastic. The main thing is that it works for everyone, without all those Audio problems. Like most sites there's a few new things to learn, but once shown, it's easy. It will be interesting to hear your updates on broadcasting tech, and what gear you currently have. Welcome back

Lots of history here and amazing experience, that's for sure. I went back and looked at some of my early attempts with an MC Jr and I can't believe the difference in what we thought was good back then to now!!
