It's now the end of my telescope season,, the light nights are kicking in and weather has not been kind this year,, only out a few times,,, But I'm not disheartened by it,, I've bought a lot of new kit and will be ready to go mobile start of August, It's been a bad year all round with covid restrictions,, couple of weeks back it took it's toll on me and I headed down the rabbit hole,, mentally and physically Exhausted,, was in a depression,, just as lock down starts to ease I go do walley,,, but I spoke about it and folk have been great,, Medical wise,, have been let down by the system,, there is very little support I then took the,, approach,, fek them I will sort myself out,, It's hard going but I'm climbing out the hole,, bit by bit,, went a walk the other week to barrhill as you saw,, started outdoor pipe band practice. And got some new hobby ideas,, craft wise to try out. Tonight I went and ordered a mountain bike,, I want to get into the countryside and chill,, I can come clean now I have made positive moves to sort my mental health out,, Over a year living in isolation myself wasn't good and depression kinda creeps up on you and you don't notice it,, combined with having a very busy work life,, I put my tiredness down to this,, it's been creeping up since Christmas time,, but like an alcoholic,, I will take it day at a time.

Davy, Evidence for social distancing is poor . It is one of those activities that everyone thinks makes sense and should work . A bit like masks.....
Now you be careful on that new bike Mountain biking is very popular around Bendigo. Everyone I know has taken a spill and so many have broken clavicles. We both have had broken wrists in the last few years . A sure way to worsen depression is to break something else. I traded in my Specialised mountain bike at Christmas and bought a Giant Revolt gravel bike. I keep to gravel roads ,no rocks and no tree branches to get skewered on.
It is going to be a clear night tonight. The first one in ages for me. I might see what is out there cheers Paul

More like a shirt you would wear on a new Harley rather than the tranquility out in the countryside That shirt depicted my mood last year. Angry and wanted to blow our medical and political bureaucrats off the planet keep well Davy. cheers Paul

The woes just keep coming for me lol,, off my rocker one week, then last Friday night,, I had Chinese spare ribs, chicken balls and two cans of lager to chill me out after a busy week at work. Fell asleep and woke up with a really sore stomach and side, by 10pm I was throwing up and could not stop peeing, Found pain killer's and they took the edge off,, bad weekend followed,, did make it to work on Monday, felt bit better on Tuesday,, by Wednesday afternoon I was still peeing every 5 minutes,, got home and stomach and side in agony,, when I peed,, it felt like it was broken bottles I was passing,, finally got a doctor and done phonecall consultation,, I had food poisoning and a urine infection,, got tablets last night and prescription starting to work,, hopefully that me sorted out
