Lol,, could not think of a title 😢
Weather still a joke here,, mist and fog now,, still not funny 😂
So been busy for Las wee while been working on my laser upgrade,, bought a rotary axis to allow me to engrave glass tumblers.
Been a step forward and two back butn the right track now,, practicing on cheap glass to dial in the settings to see what works best.
Of course today is armistice Sunday and something I have been involved in going to since I was 17,, my dad was a committee member of the local British legion and when he could no longer walk the parade,, I started going,, only missed it about a handful of times due to illness,, at 32 I played my first armistice parade after learning to play the tenor drum,, played this and the bass drum at a lot of armistice parades over the years at a few different places and a few different bands,,
When I wasn't with the bands, I always went back and marched alongside the vets in conjunction with the British legion,
I never served but I do believe in giving the folk who have my respect.
This year due to Covid19 it's been a strange one,, no parades, but give folk there due,, they came out and gave there respect.
Was all dressed up today 😁. Carol said I looked like action man, 😎
New jacket on representing the argyll and sutherland highlanders regimental association,, Pipes and drums
Was a good day.
On the front I have balaklava pipes an drums embroidered around the badge,
Large embroidered badge on rear with iron on vinyl,, argyll and sutherland highlanders pipes and drums around it.
