I don't care, just get me one Pretty good write ups on the stuff,, telescopes Are really good,, box they come in needed improvements in quality but telescope retailer was working with them to improve the quality,, certainly a contender for new scopes

Rant mode - ON
The "experts" in CN are all over the 260mm f5 Astrograph. Saying stuff like it won't work well. Cheeses me off when they critique equipment that no-one has even tested yet because its not even made yet!' They have this mindset that if it isn't the usual Takahashi, Meade, Celestron, or other well known top shelf overpriced brands, it will be rubbish.

Lol lol lol,, this is exactly why this forum exists,,, we don't have to listen to the experts,, we make our own minds up, What I've seen before is the enticement of,, the expert,, Here is a free camera for instance,, use it post nice stuff about it,, say how good it is and,, just you keep a hold of it,, Hands up,, my first astronomy camera,, I fell into the trap,, Oh this has good review and it's by a very well known person and his sheep,, I bought it,, hook line and sinker. It wasn't better than my Samsung,, just different. What a plonker,, after a short while,, said camera was not mentioned but another camera came on the scene,, I'm saying to myself,,, I can't afford to keep changing camera's like this. Must be good to be that financially well off you can change cameras VERY regularly,, thing is I believe a lot of these are gifts,, a loss leader to sell kit,,, I bet the freebie was up for sale pretty soon afterwards. The way the world works,,, 😁.
This forum does not rubbish kit,, unless you as a member has paid good money for it,,, in our opinion,, it gives you the right to either vent your displeasure or give it a good thumbs up. We do point out kit that may work well and I try and put my money where my mouth is and buy and try,, if it doesn't work I say,, hold on,, don't buy or it has limitations.
But looking at these scopes,, I think they deserve a chance,, new to the market,, obviously dumped a ton of money into developing there range and going against the big names,, well done..

Here is a free camera for instance,, use it post nice stuff about it,, say how good it is and,, just you keep a hold of it,, This forum does not rubbish kit,, unless you as a member has paid good money for it,,, Actually . . . . . . I was sent a camera for review, and told to keep it. BUT!!! I gave an honest review pointing out to everyone on You Tube the negatives of the product. To which the camera dealer thanked me and fixed the problems I pointed out. I even gave the solution in the review video so anyone already with the same camera can fix it. Had I done a false 'Excellent Product' review just to get a free camera he wouldn't have known to correct the problems I pointed out. But usually I take many reviews with a grain of salt.

Thanks Davy, some interesting stuff here and the CN thread was useful too. After my bad experience with the Esprit I will be relacing it with the equivalent William Optics scope which I wish I had bought the first time around. Not going to take any chances this time. The equivalent Sharpstar scopes are either smaller or more expensive than the WO scope.
