NGC 5746 It is a bright Sb spiral seen nearly edge-on with a conspicuous central bulge. The core is 2 arc minutes long, and with averted vision the thin halo may be traced out to a length of 7 arc minutes. A thin dark dust lane may be glimpsed running along the halo's eastern side. 109 virginis, A mg =3 white double star appears at west.
