I read on The Mallincam yahoo group that there has a bit of spat with CN over various posts. I'll not give any details as I am not fully aware or informed of the real nature of the dissagreements. Suffice it to say, Rock Mallin has recommended this forum as a place to discuss video astronomy hardware and related topics. He provided a link to the forum so hopefully we may gain a few members in the very near future. The future looks bright.

Yes, CN has gone mad again LOL!
The Video Astronomy section has become another Imaging Forum which many of us had tried to prevent for several years. But no matter what is said, CN Admin will do as they please and most CN Admin and Mods aren't interested in VA.
Pity.

I think they may have to change their pespective in the near future Ken. VA is gaining ground slowly and is much more interesting and enjoyable than ep observing and normal imaging. Rock and Matt are working hard to give us better cams. It would only take another couple of big manufacturers to realise the potential of VA and produce similar products and interest would increase rapidly. Technology is moving fast and diehards need to keep up with it. We already have all the technology to produce outstanding VA cameras, it just needs more folks like Rock and Matt to put it together.
