Thanks Shevill.
Yes, it's been in many Astro forums and the test video looks promising:

Thanks Shevill. Yes, it's been in many Astro forums and the test video looks promising: Hi Ken, I like the no amp glow and no ringing round the stars, a very nice image-it will be an interesting camera to follow. As you might have seen, very cold in Tassie with snow down to sea level. Been very cold this winter and the frost has killed off many new native shrubs planted in the summer. Have not seen this before! Kind Regards, Shevill

Yes Shevill, I have been keeping an eye on your weather. We often get your weather where I am. Amazing how you got so much snow at sea level. It looked weird seeing the beach covered in snow Strangely, even though snow covered much of Victorian Alpine areas and Tassie, all we got this year was a couple of days of sleet. We usually get a bit of snow each year but this year with the record breaking cold temps and widespread snow we didn't get any. I will be watching this camera's development carefully. Prices should be out soon.

Seems like global climate change is happening all over, I've had mild winter's with a couple of days snow on the ground lately and terrible summer's this year hardly any clear skies

Looks interesting, wish they had pushed it beyond 5 seconds.

Looks interesting, wish they had pushed it beyond 5 seconds. I don't know if 5 seconds is its max limit because in their trial video Steve says at 12:14 that he will go to 5 seconds because that's all the mount can cope with. Maybe that means it can go longer but they choose not too because of the mount. Be better when specs come out. Have a listen to what Steve says from 12:14 and even at only 5 seconds they have it looking pretty good.
