Hello All, Here in Germany I had a problem with being sent the wrong power adapter for the above cam. The back of the cam specifies 24V AC and 12V DC. I'd like to source the power adapter from either the old stuff I might have, still looking, or someone like a coworker or neighbor. 12V seems too easy however how many mah or A am I looking at. The guy at the local electro shop showed me a pretty nice variable output adapter with lots fittings that I cannot use. He did look at the back of the box to read and I saw 1500maH. He said this would be a suitable adapter. Any of you knowledgeable souls willing to back that dude up? And yes I am looking to save a few clams when I can.

Welcome Iksobarg The SCB-2000 should happily run on a 1 amp power supply. Anything higher will work too (1.5A, 2A etc). But try not go as low as 500 mA. I get bad interference lines down at 500 mA. Enjoy the Forum
