Hi, Spent the day setting up scopes and cameras and having a dry run for what I could use for National Science Week. Still one camera on its way by express -hopefully it will arrive and I will have at least fours systems all running showing different views of the sun.
Twin computers & screens with two camera feeds to each PC, changed by using FireCapture for one camera, and SharpCap 2 for the other camera Computers, Screens and Telescopes-curtains out of the way to illustrate the gear. Three camera so far, Left Ha on a LUNT 60+50 DS BF1200, Sony ExWave Professional 1/2 colour video camera (the most expensive ($1800.00) with composite, Y/C and Monitor outputs, on a Takahashi FS-102 APO, Glass solar filter and an Imaging Source camera with continuum high res filters attached to a Herschel Solar wedge on a Williams Optics 90 APO no front filter. Scope on the left is Ha 1 Angstrom on a 80mm f/15 achromat-hopefully a Mallincam SSI-L will arrive in time, otherwise I will sue an HD-SDI camera at 1920x 1080p. Have a few other camera options both digital and HD-SDI. Clear skies... Shevill
