Hi, For me, International Sun Day was great weather wise and I got to take a lot of images with my new ASI120MM. The only downside of course is the very low sun and not so great seeing, but that is part of the deal. These are basic single frames. Way overexposed to show the prominence. Just a little over exposed to show where it is on the limb. The most active/interesting part of the sun on our shortest day-me celebrating the winter solstice! Clear skies... Shevill

Thanks Shevill. The first image (way over-exposed) really shows off the size! That's a very long horizontal Prominence.
