Favourite for me is the kit I have set up in the flat at the moment.
Heq5 with rowan belt mod, tethered to an acer Windows 10 laptop, cartes du ciel and eqmod, skywatcher ed80 with upgraded focuser / skywatcher focus motor controlled via hitecastro dc controller to my Toshiba Windows 7 laptop, Canon 600d with 5 position filter wheel, moon filter, ha filter, h beta filter, oiii filter, I cross platform it going between AP and AV using byeos on Toshiba laptop

My favourite setup for Video Astronomy Near-Live observing is the 150mm f/5 Reflector with the Touptek IMX 178 camera, captured/observed with ToupSky capture software. My favourite Astrophotography setup is my Saxon (Skywatcher) ED80 and Canon 350d (Rebel XT). Captured internally on camera memory then uploaded to laptop later. Stacked in Registax 4 then fiddled with in Photoshop to get the levels right. Mount for both methods is Skywatcher EQ6, and guiding is done with an IMX 224 in a sVbony guidescope, run by PHD2. All GoTo's are done via Cartes du Ciel software connected by Wi-Fi to Skywatcher Synscan Wi-Fi adaptor using my Samsung S10 mobile phone Focusing of all scopes is via Orion Accufocus electric focusers. Everything is controlled from inside the Observatory's warm room. You don't expect me to sit out in the cold with Mozzies do you? Although the ED80/Canon outfit gives me much better images I still prefer the instant gratification with the Video gear. I don't usually save any images, I just enjoy seeing stuff brighter than in an eyepiece and in colour

My favorite AV setup is the Rasa 8 on a sw EQ6-R with the ZWO 290 mono captured on sharpcap. I havent done any AP yet, but I want a straight forward guiding setup when I do get around to it. I have an Esprit 80 with a zwo 294 uncooled and an Evostar 50 guidescope with a zwo 224 on a HEQ5 mount. I will control it all on an ASIair pro and see how that goes. cheers Paul
