The RASA scope he uses is 11" F2.2 ... it might actually be true. I'd like to see desktop video capture ... LOL

Hey Ken its reduced from $9,999. But what sort of mount would you need ...
That's a nice focal length ~620mm

Chris ... 11" RASA for sale on IIS for $AUD4,250 pickup Blackheath NSW.
Mount ... You could make me an offer on my CGEM DX (rated to 50lbs/22kg)?
I checked Duane's posts on NSN FB page and couldn't find what he uses. He does have lots of kit though like Hyperstar on a C14, Atik Infinity, Atik Horizon, ASI1600 ASI094, the RASA OTA. Knowing our US friends on NSN broadcasts with that caliber of kit seem to like Paramount, it could be one of those beasties.

Blackheath - that's unipol. He's always selling amazing stuff.
But the $$ shock is too much for me. We are saving for the world cup in Russia.
My sights are slightly lower.
My next scope is an 8"CF F4 from GSO. I'll put it on a second hand mount I recently bought - an EQ5 pro that was missing bits. Putting new steppers on it and making a goto for it (onstep - can all be run from a mobile phone).
This should make a good light and portable mount! Then I'll do more live viewing as my cgem is too much to drag in and out for short sessions !!
