Showed your mug to my wife. She loves it (she's football crazy, and there's a great Aussie playing Celtic now who was bought from the club we support in Oz).
Says I should make some of my ancestors - to commemorate their boat trip to Australia, as convicts on the second fleet. The Neptune .. merry trip that was for all on board. A third of the convicts died on the way.

I understood about 5 words in the whole video but fortunately I could see what he was doing. Looks easy but I bet it is easy to get it wrong

It's not too bad as things go ken,, the mugs I use can take art work up to 3.5" high and 8" wide,, the better the image the better the end result, I use Photoshop for artwork,, one rule, crap image in crap image out,,,, flesh tones can be a hit and miss as well.... The Ricoh printer I started with was the 2100n but I wasn't totally happy with some colour representation, I don't use sawgrass ink it's extortionate,, so I found the model up Ricoh 3110 can use a hack to improve colours,, about £100+ I found no difference so it must be the ink.. Just rotate your art work 180 degrees especially if doing text,,or it prints in reverse. 180 degrees on mug press for 180 seconds and your good Dark designs lack definition compared to lighter colours,,complex designs can be hit n miss as well
Cost wise Box 36 mugs £30+ Printer approx £100+ Ink tanks £40 Ink £50 for 4 colours Sublimation paper £15 Heat tape £10
