I just thought I'd mention an awesome freeware program called The Photographer's Ephemeris
photoephemeris.com/
that will show you the line of site to sunrise, moonrise, sunset, and moonset from any point on earth for any date. So below is a screen capture of how it gives you the times in the right pane for your location, and a Google Earth or Google Maps image on the left pane with the lines of site. This example is from my back yard, and I can zoom or move around to catch when the sun or moon rising or setting would be particularly photogenic. If I put the Mallincam in my 90mm refractor, or the big blue 10" SCT, I can do either videos or single snapshots using the software that comes with the camera.
