I am continually amazed at the quantity of information available to us today. However it can still be difficult to find information on astronomy equipment. I'm especially interested in user reviews to go along with the manufacturer's technical specifications and features. What is your favorite and most useful source of information on astronomy products?I regularly browse numerous websites and forums in search of news and reviews of astronomy products. I also read Sky and Telescope and Astronomy magazines and find that they are really good sources of news and detailed reviews, although typically the reviews are not very critical. Recently I have rediscovered Astronomy Technology Today magazine. I've found ATT magazine is great for in depth reviews of a wide range of products. Their production schedule has been a bit slowed of late, but 6 issues are out this year already with 6 more planned. At only $12 / year I find it to be a good value. I've recently added AstronomyConnect to the list of forums that I regularly read. The forum contributions are a bit sparse but they have a number of nice reviews on different types of equipment. NOTE: I'm not affiliated in any way with ATT magazine or AstronomyConnect.
