Thanks Mike. Actually it was the monitor/menu brightness-contrast settings I was adjusting. I'll try the OSD settings to see if that makes a difference.
Another topic altogether is the use of the wifi transmitter and wifiav software. I have been successful getting images to both my iphone and ipad using the "wifiav" application, but have noticed that the images and movies are stored internally within the app itself, with no way to move them into my phone's photo albums. Only way to do this is to take a screen shot of the image while its transmitting.
When I attempt to send image/movie using wifiav app a menu in Chinese pops up that seems to do nothing. Went to itunes to see if support exists but none found -- although I did notice another app "wifi avin" available that appears to be identical to "wifiav" (but older).
Bottom line is that I have got to the point where I am trying to get images into my desktop so as to use/learn the skycap stacking software. All the images taken using "wifiav" so far seem to be in-accessible. I need to get the images into the phone's photo album and out of the wifiav storage in order for my desktop to "find" them.
Unfortunately I have no laptop for use outside-just my iphone and ipad. Any advice?
