i was to wondering if a logitech 4000 pro cam would be ok to use as a guide cam ? also any advice on what type of scope to use pref nothing small and compact or has anyone ever used a camera lens ?

Concentrate on main cam first..guiding not essential

I gave up guiding when I dropped Astrophotography and took up Video Haven't guided since Sorry Si, it doesn't answer your question. But if you are asking about guiding when doing Video Astronomy, it isn't really needed unless your mount is way off alignment or tracks badly. The common length exposures in Sens-up aren't long enough to be troubled much by star drift unless you are using slow focal lengths.

Yes I've seen some use camera lenses in video astronomy. Also using a camera with a live "preview" that is broadcast. And of course, just about every size and type of telescope that's out there.
Regarding recommendations, I would say that depends on what equipment you currently have and what your budget is.
