Single frames from an el-cheapo (no, not El-Chapo ) telescope. A Fellow member of our Club, Mike, is learning Video Astronomy and until his new gear arrives he is using mine and the clubs gear. He has a HEQ5 mount but is using the club's absolutely horrible worn out Saxon 120mm f12 Achromat! But the amazing thing is the stunning results he is getting with this poor old scope. He is using one of my IMX224 cameras, a budget 0.5x Focal Reducer and an IR cut filter. NO yellow filter or minus violet filter I am truly amazed at the great results he is getting. Take a look!!!! Excellent images that show that with a cheap equipment you can get very good results. Congratulations.
