Wow! I couldn't even find the end of that list! No matter how long I scrolled down it just kept going.

Really useful. I got a cheapo anet a8 on ebay. Made locking nut for eq5 (I somehow managed to break the original). Next will make proper brackets for the steppers

My daughter is in the process of making a model of the solar system for me with her 3d printer. Not quite an orrery. It was last year's Christmas present but is still a work in progress. Hope she hasnt forgotten to finish it. I will have to gently remind her. 3d printers would be a great asset for my astronomy equipment where I have all sorts of trouble getting the right connectors. Great idea ! Must look for it.
There's a bunch of good astro stuff on thingiverse. I'm just starting to learn freecad - seems good for design. I then use cura to generate the gcode.
If there's any experienced astro 3d printers out there it would be good to get their tips/input.

Certainly a good investment the printer And can't believe how much astronomy stuff is out there, brackets etc, focal tube extension's can be pricey , so it could save a bit of money that way for me,, I always seem to have one missing lol, Struggling a bit on freecad,, watching a tutorial,, appear to do same procedure but end up with an error, Would like to make my own stuff and contribute stuff to the thingyverse .
Looks like it could be a new feature here lol
