Whaaaa!!? Our TV doesnt air it all until 4-6 April. I thought it was live astronomy so live on those 3 nights IE 4 thru 6th April. I was crossing fingers for em because its been crap weather down under for quite a while. Matter of fact a cyclone called Debbie just hit us and the rain depression stretches 2000+km ... from way up 1500km north of Brisbane all the way down into New South Wales in those spiral arms (the whole thing looking very much like a spiral galaxy LOL).

Hi all, I have watched the first episode and thought it was good, I have been watching Star gazing live for many years when it comes out. Normally hampered by cloud or rain. Also I watch Sky @ Night for many years and miss Mr Moore.
But I take take these shows and all documentaries about Astronomy very lightly as they are made for people who know nothing or very little on the subject. I have never watched a show that I thought wow I really learnt so much out of that. I take them very lightly and enjoy them for what they are.
Cyclone Debbie has been bad for those affected and I wish them well in there recovery. But of course on the upside it may bring rain to drought affected areas one hopes.
In the mean time I look forward to Star gazing live EP 2 then the Australian version and then back to Sky @ Night.
Cheers Dave.

It must be full on up there. We are getting a galaxy-like outer tail of Debbie through Sydney. A photo from my window at work.
