Thought I would post this up,for discussion. given Harry's post on his Skywatcher mount problem.
Over a week ago I sent out an email to Skywatcher outlining our forum/directory and that we feature Skywatcher mounts and scopes and would be great if we could get updates from them,new products,videos ect, unfortunately they never even replied back. I have contacted a few companies featured on this forum and none had the decency to reply back, now I'm not saying we are a massive forum and create millions of pounds in sales but it's nice to be nice. Makes you wonder how there customer service is.
