I'm still trying to figure out what my mid-life crisis car is going to be Volkswagen Golf You've seen my photo galley Ken! Nothing wrong with a Golf, Mate! Now if you had said Prius ... ha ha ... ROFL. Having said that ... 57 T-Bird ... red with white interior and white hardtop removable roof with the round opera glass side windows. Chrome wires. Whitewalls. Sweeeeet! Back when I worked for local council they had this thing called a 'Mid career break' - a year off work - unpaid. We had this 65 yo guy in our team. At the weekly meeting the 65yo announced he was going to apply for mid-career break. There was silence, then the bloke next to me said ... "If you think you are only mid-career, mate, you've got a surprise coming."

I'm still trying to figure out what my mid-life crisis car is going to be Volkswagen Golf You had better get on with that mid-life crisis or it will pass you by...... As for me 5 years and 1 week to retirement. Did my mid-life thingy on a motor bike, finally packing in 2009, there were just too many idiots and traffic to get the same pleasure as I used to. Replaced with my 4th Subaru, an XV Crossover. Happy Easter to you all, the downside here is the clocks go forward one hour on Sunday, so good old Orion won't be around until the autumn. Saturn & Mars are at the meridian at 4.00am so I might stay up (or get up ) for that. Predictably the Easter forecast is wind & rain. Clear skies (here as well please).

Allways fancied a scooby, problem is getting a good one cheap, thats not had the backside kicked out of it,,motorbikes are a hit and miss for me,could never see myself on a japasonic crotch rocket,,more a Harley,,but they make some bloody racket a lot of them,,lol,, ideal for barren road trips,,but too many rockets in cars these days and busy traffic and everyone in a rush these days,,seen yesterday the amount if bike crashes have increased and is seen to be by overtaking manoeuvres.. everybody should just get transit vans,,job sorted lol..

They're beauties, Ken. And the open roads you must have... I'm surrounded by open roads Rick. That's all we have out here. Here's a sample of my local roads with me going for a ride around the block Also notice how green everything was 2 winters ago! We are in drought now. The other bike going the other way at 6:05 is my son
