Small oops at weekend, bought a couple of white polyester tshirts to try sublimation printing on them, one tshirt was earmarked for the snazzy new forum logo we now have..Printing went well 6" by 6" design to slsp on the chest of said tshirt.. looked at some heat settings and times... now what we have to realise guys . I was excited and it was my first try I cranked up the temp and time setting's to setting's on the Internet. . And I thought bit high but hey ho ...yip you guessed it..I thermally nuked the tshirt,, it was that bad when you pressed a finger at it..it fell apart... no photos. .Totally embarrassing. Re done a 2" x 2" image and tested till I got it not bad.. .

The ricoh printer I bought sg2100 series cant get the sublimation control drivers put in it..looks like im buying another new printer..third in four months.. not funny..new one can be upgraded to take sawgrass sublimation ink power driver software..good news my ink tanks are the same as one im using so a saving is made. This will allow better colour representation on the mugs..have a few orders for some mugs now..should be set up and up to speed by march adding baseball caps to my line before then..sublimation and vinyl printing.. I will be doing manufacturing and carols son is looking to utilise my stuff in his business venture by March/april.
